Buonasera Followhz
Mancano pochi giorni ormai all’evento che ogni fine anno tiene incollati tutti i videogiocatori allo schermo: The Game Awards 2020.
L’evento si terrà nella notte tra il 10 e l’11 dicembre, da un pò di anni a questa parte, non si tratta solo di una premiazione ma anche di una serata di annunci.
Anche per quanto riguarda l’edizione di quest’anno, sono state annunciate le nomination dei giochi divisi ovviamente per categoria. La premiazione, vista l’emergenza sanitaria, si terrà in live streaming e sarà presentata da Geoff Keighley e, tramite il sito ufficiale, tutti gli appassionati potranno esprimere il loro voto.
Certamente, la categoria più ambita è quella del Game Of The Year, categoria vinta nel 2019 da Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice. Quest’anno però ci sono parecchi giochi che potrebbero meritare il premo: Doom Eternal, Final Fantasy VII Remake, Ghost of Tsushima, Hades, Animal Crossing: New Horizons e The Last of Us Part II. Ancora qualche settimana di pazienza e sapremo chi è il vincitore.

E il vincitore è…?
L’edizione di quest’anno vede The Last of Us Part II come il favorito. Non solo è stato il gioco più atteso dopo l’uscita del primo capitolo, ma è presente in numerose categorie che riguardando sia il gioco stesso sia coloro che lo hanno realizzato. Quindi, in apparenza sembra una vittoria a mani basse ma mai dire mai. Quello che è certo, è che Sony si presenta a questa edizione con tantissimi titoli esclusivi che aumentano ovviamente le possibilità di vittoria e difficilmente tornerà a casa a mani vuote.
Per il resto, le altre categorie purtroppo non vengono prese in considerazione come devono poichè l’interesse si rivolge soltanto verso i titoli tripla A. Infine, quello che ci chiediamo è se verrà annunciato qualche nuovo titolo, come accade da qualche anno a questa parte. Ricordiamo infatti che nella scorsa edizione fu mostrata per la prima volta, Xbox Series X.
