Q: How long does it take to receive order?
A: About 25days for mass production.
Q: How often does this massage gun need to be charged?
A: The default working time for each speed of the massager is 10 minutes, and it can work for 4-6 hour on full charge with a maximum speed of 6 gears, how long it takes to recharge depends on how often you use it.
Q: It says up to 3 hours of battery life, but I can’t get more than 45 minutes. Is the battery defective?
A: The massage only last 10 minutes until it auto shuts off. This doesn’t mean the battery is dead this is a safety measure to keep it from overheating. When it has cooled off it is ready to use again. So the battery should get about 3 hours of use at 10 mins at a time.
Question: What is the decibel? Is it noise?
Answer: The decibel when the massage gun works is between 35dB to 55dB, not noise.
